Modernizing the 90’s Trend with eBay Fashion

eBay, the 90’s Trend and Levi’s

Hi guys! Today I am talking all about my modern take on the 90’s trend with the help of eBay Fashion. First, I never knew how much fab you could find on eBay until recently! Do you guys ever shop there? I always thought you could only use it for bidding for hard to find items or designer pieces, but I was so wrong! A friend turned me on to them and now I am obsessed. They have so many great brands and such great inventory from each. I love that I can even find basics like my favorite running shoes and my self tanner on there!

On to today’s post! We all know I love trying out new trends, but I also love (and insist) on making them my own. As we all should! No trend is one and done, you know? So when I saw that 90’s fashion was making a comeback, I wanted to play around it and find some pieces that emulate it without being too much. I am a HUGE fan of Levi’s and their jeans are the epitome of 90’s to  me. The high waist, cropped fit styles especially. I found these black wash ones while shopping on eBay and fell in love! I have never owned a pair of Levi’s in this dark black wash, but I absolutely love them! I think they totally look 90’s, but obviously with a current feel. They are super comfy and will for sure be a go-to pair this Fall.

I paired them with a simple bodysuit and a structured cream blazer to really chic them up and give them a more modern, refined feel. With that, I wanted this look to be young + fun, so I threw on these fab bow adorned slides. LOVE these! Such a great and fun throw on for daytime running around. I further modernized my 90’s inspired look with two super current trends, the logo belt + the mini statement bag (both of which you can find on ebay as well!)

Here are some more 90’s inspired items from eBay that I am eyeing:

You can shop this entire look below.

Wishing you all a fabulous day today! I can’t believe August is almost over….where is time going?!!

Happy Shopping, friends!

xo, Caro
